The NBA Miami Heat player Dywane Wade, who was named the 2006 Sportsman of the Year, is now charging his ex-wife, Siovaughn Funches-Wade.
Wade asked a Chicago judge to suspend the rights of his ex-wife to see her two children after the weekend incident in which Siovaughn Funches-Wade delayed the return of the kids to his custody and provoke her arrest.
