  • Eat clean

Another Wendy Williams’ eating secret is to eat clean and drink a lot of water. By eating clean, she explains to latimes magazine that,

I try my best to eat clean. There is nothing I don’t eat: pork, beef, chicken and fish. Cheese is my kryptonite, and I have to monitor it. I like kale chips instead of potato chips and poured egg whites instead of full eggs. I love sardines, as long as you don’t look at them because they’re so ugly. I’m a foodie. And I drink a lot of water.

  • Take vitamins and minerals each day

My doctor has me on Levoxyl for my thyroid condition and taking vitamin D. I also take Caltrate to keep my bones strong, plus fish oil, a multivitamin and B12 each day.

Red wine vinegar was Wendy’s healthy snacks. She chose red wine vinegar rather than salad or cheese because this is a healthy detox diet and increase metabolism at the same time.

“It’s funny because I wasn’t a gorilla before. I lost maybe 20 pounds. I weigh 175. I told you when I got on the scales, it was 195 and then you know I was like ‘OK, I’ve got to get ready for my 50th birthday. Fifty, I can see that as one of those milestones that makes you want to jump off a building, but I refuse to let it get me down.”

Wendy Williams sticks to strict workout plan and get on the treadmill and race it.

I’m not a stickler. I’m not going to say three times a week, but get on that treadmill and race it!

Wendy Williams’ workout regime is like this,

 “Get on the treadmill for at least 20 minutes, twice a week, 20 minutes on the treadmill, about 15 minutes of the weights and then — for the remaining time — maybe 20 minutes of Pilates.”

Wendy Williams once expressed her love of elliptical machine because she can talk and exercise at the same time,

I work a lot with the elliptical machine because it does arms and legs at the same time. And I can watch TV and talk to my trainer. I need to be able to talk when I’m exercising.
