Tip 1: Watch what you eat

I think most girls need long time to truely remember that. In fact, most girls easily gain much weight because they don’t always watch what they eat.

“It’s important to watch what you eat — protein, a little bit of carbs and vegetables,” 

Tip 2: Drink Amazon beverages

Adriana Lima is the spokeswomen of the Amazon beverages and she reveals that she always drink the mixed beverages and truly benefits from that.
