During the US Open many od us wonder who was the lucky man in Serena Williams’ heart with whom she would celebrate her victory with, some names came up but it seems that the man Serena is certainly dating is coach Patrick Mouratoglou.
Not just Tennis champion 30-year-old Serena Williams looks very happy with her new French boyfriend but it quite clear she can’t keep her hands off him, both looks so in love walking down the streets of Valbone in France.
A curious fact about Patrick is that he is Grigor Dimitrov’s current coach, Grigor was linked to Serena just a few weeks ago.
And what about Patrick? He should get credit for the success of top tennis players like Mario Ancic, Paul-Henri Mathieu, Marcos Baghdatis, Gilles Muller, Ivo Karlovic, Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova, Pauline Parmentier; he was Serena’s adviser during Winbledom this year.
These days Patrick Mouratoglou is coaching Grigor (2012) and Jeremy Chardy since last February plus he supervised Yanina Wickmayer and Laura Robson’s training programs.
42-year-old Mouratoglou was born in France in June 8th, 1970. He funded The Mouratoglous Tennis Academy in 1996 in France, studied at USPTR Professional and resides in Thiverval- Grignon. He is a monthly contributor for several tennis magazines, as well as blogs all over Europe (Eurosport) and Yahoo Sports in the US. In 2007 he wrote Educate To Win.
As far I heard Patrick is married, in pictures taken just last December we was wearing his wedding ring, his wife is Clarisse Mourataglou, mother of his three children, Charlotte and Juliette.
So either he is really caring coach (that’s silly, she sure has her hand in his back pocket) and friend of Serena or he is no longer with his wife, hopefully there is no affair going on, I very much doubt Serena will head that way.
You can find Patrick Mouratoglou on Facebook here and his Twitter here.

I love Serena Williams and Venus Williams. They are the main reason I love Women tennis. Don’t matter who Serena is with or want to be with. As long as she is happy, I’m happy. I am her biggest fan!!! Love you Serena. Let’s rack up the trophies his 2013 tennis season. Get all three of the remaining Grand Slams as well as the other tournaments. Love you much. By the way, Patrick is very handsome.
I am so very happy for our Tennis sisters. They bring women’s tennis alive. Patrick seems to be a fine gentleman and great coach: composed, patient and intelligent looking. Go Serena and Patrick!
I love the way she plays and she’s my favorite tennis player …I’ve been watching since she started playing tennis
Serena Williams was supposed to be a religious woman. We can definitely rule that out now. Pregnant and unmarried not really family values. Well maybe the family values of the world today.
