Recently Chaz Bono was spotted running errands in L.A. on Wednesday, Sept. 4 wearing a blue shir and shorts looks so slim that nearly unrecognizable! Chaz Bono’s healthy diet played an important role for his weightloss that he followed the following diet in a strict way.

  • Low-carb
  • Sugar-free
  • No-diary diet
  • No grains and starches
  • Eat meat, veges and fruits

“I really avoid grains and starches, so meats and vegetables and fruits are my diet,” he tweeted. “I make them all different ways to keep it interesting. What’s worked for me is no sugar, no grains, no dairy except goat cheese, no white starches, portion control, and high intensity workouts.”

Many people feared that it too hard for them to stick to the diet because of their craving for food, for it Chaz Bono’s experience can sooth your heart!

“[I have no cravings] at all anymore,” he said. “I really feel very satisfied and comfortable with the way I eat now, which is amazing and for me, kind of a miracle. I never thought I’d be that kind of a person.”
