She revealed how important of her her frequent “cheat days”  for her to People magazine.

“Cheat days for me are usually … it’s either Mexican food … maybe Italian pasta, but I think you always have to do it in moderation.”

Jennifer Aniston was previously rumored to eat 14 portions of baby foods each day which she jokingly rejected,

“Sorry, but the last time I had baby food; I believe I was 1, I’ve been on solids for about 40 years now.”

  • Dinner – Jennifer Aniston usually eats seaweed salad for dinner, another choice is lemon juice, olive oil, garlic clove and sea salt all in a salad of chopped parsley, tomato and onion.
