Hudson’s personal trainer Harley Pasternak also had her her on the Five Factor Diet. Five Factor Diet includes the following,
- Eat 5 portion-controlled meals each day
- Work out 5 days
- Take 2 days off
- Limit the intake of fried foods
- Eat foods with low fat and foods with low calorie
