  • Breakfast: homemade smoothie
  • Snack: green apple
  • Lunch: spinach salad with almonds and strawberries
  • Snack: frozen yogurt bar
  • Dinner: grilled chicken fingers with sweet potato fries for dinner

Haylie Pomroy also said Katherine Webb could add 600 calories more to her daily diet because of her daily workout.

“I’m a believer in cardio … “That tends to trim fat faster than anything for me. And maybe I’ll do free weights one day.”
