Khloé Kardashian workout secrets

Now as Khloé has had time in LA, she has more time to stick to workout, and she also revealed her weight loss workout secrets to Life & Style Magazine:

“Right now, I try to go on hikes. I work out at least four to five days a week. “

Besides Hikes, she also revealed that she was fond of boxing, and she told US weekly that

“I love to box, boxing keeps me entertained — and you just shed weight.”

After boxing for several months, Khloé was instantly hooked, Gunnar Peterson told Life & Style.

“She’s a beauty on the outside and a beast on the inside, her upper body, lower body and core are all in motion, ducking, dodging, bobbing and weaving. The intensity creates a fat furnace!”

Khloé Kardashian diet secrets

Khloe’s diet secret is to eat lots of protein, which includes egg whites for breakfast, a protein smoothie for lunch and grilled fish or chick for dinner.

Deandre “Byrd” Morris told Life & Style.

“She’s eating high protein to get that lean muscle”

She also follows a moderate way of eating, never deprive of herself

“I try, but I don’t beat myself up if I can’t and I don’t deprive myself of food. It’s everything in moderation, so if I need something sweet I’ll have a bite or two but I’m not going to binge on a cake.” -Khloé

Kourtney is also the mentor of Khloe, to guide her of healthy diet. Knol also turned her for advice because  has shed her pregnancy weight, according to Us Weekly.

A source said: ‘It’s not as much about depriving yourself of entire categories of foods. Kourt is a good mentor.’

Khloe’s personal trainer – Gunnar Peterson is also Khloe’s motivation as he is a world famous celebrity trainer.  

I’ve been working out with Gunnar but I’ve been doing like a lot, I switch it up because I get really bored. So I do either Pilates or I go to Equinox gym and I make sure I do cardio, if I don’t do anything. ..But I love Gunnar for like my circuit training.- Khloé Kardashian

 Gunnar Peterson is satisfied with the result of the weight loss.

“Khloé looks her best to date and I’m sure she’ll be even better as time goes on.”

“She trains like an athlete when she’s with us, even doing weight training. We also run the canyons surrounding their house. Plus she does pilates and stair-running on her own” 

He also revealed Khloe was on a healthy diet plan

 “eats mostly fresh fruits and vegetables, with small amounts of lean proteins like fish and chicken.”
