Kourtney Kardashian Weight Loss: Kourtney Kardashian Emergency Baby Weight Loss Secrets!!

Well, well well…new baby and a whole lot of loosing weight! That’s what mom’s have to face no matter if is the first, second or third baby, but what happens when you are a celebrity?? The pressure is on because eyes are all over! So props to mom of two and social lite Kourtney K. for getting there!


Have you heard of that outrageous episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami where long time man Scott Disick bashes poor Kourtney about not loosing her baby weight fast enough!! Well just in case you haven’t its all true!!

Can you believe your own man being that senseless!!! Is not like rocket science to figure out all women need in those hard moments is some kind of support specially from your significant other! You don’t want to hear things like:

“Right now seems to be probably the heaviest she’s ever been not pregnant. When we had Mason I remember her trying to whip herself back into shape pretty quick.

“This time around it seems like it’s the least of her concerns, and the only thing she thinks about are the kids. I just think that she would feel better if she got back into the shape that she feels the most comfortable in.”

To what Kourtney only said she was trying to do it the healthy way this time; we all remember when she collapsed as she was eagerly trying to get back into shape from baby number one, son Mason who is now three years old; doesn’t Scott remember that tiny little part????

As the episode continued a frustrated and hurt Kourt brakes down at one point showing her feelings over Disick’s harsh comments and how could she not feel like that imagine the pressure for the poor woman! Eventually Scott’s apology came soon enough saying:

“I love her, not her weight.”

Kourtney gave birth to baby girl Penelope in July and this time although it might have taken her more time she has done an amazing job bouncing back and loosing 44 lb’s!!! So all this in just six months, the reality star gives a lot of credit to sister Kim helping her schedule her gym routine.

“If she wasn’t scheduling the workouts, I probably wouldn’t have been as motivated,”

Another key elements to her downs size success high-powered workouts and small portion sizes; she worked out with celeb trainer Tracy Anderson who made her sweat through intense 90 minutes workouts! Or maybe she did it by going under the knife??

Poor Scotts comments have escalated till the point where he twitted:

“Wow seems like when talking about weight a lot of issues come up.”
“Never realised how upset people get when a person makes a comment about weight.”

Hasn’t he been around long enough to know how serious a woman’s weight is now a days!
Now that the TV personality has gotten to look spectacular once again..you think would it be enough for Disick?? What does he think of the mom of his children now??
