In addition, you take supplements in the form of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants etc that are aimed to cleanse your body from inside. As there are no proteins to be consumed, it becomes difficult to survive without protein and feel better after so called detoxification.

The basic premise behind this Detox diet is that cooking destroys all the enzymes contained in our food that do the cleansing inside our bodies. If we refrain from cooking and consume specific food items in their raw condition, we would be able to detoxify our bodies. Thankfully, this plan does not require you to eat meat or dairy products. Instead, you are made to eat vegetables, nuts, fruits, grains, and seeds and also made to drink fruit juices, water, and coconut milk. Keeping away meats and dairy products means very little protein for our bodies.
Liver cleaning Detox diet
This diet is based upon the premise that we need to cleanse our liver on a frequent basis. You are asked to eat vegetables, poultry, fish, and fruits though you are not given dairy products. For liquids, you are allowed only water. Such a diet helps in keeping our liver in top working condition. This means that your body is in a better condition to remove toxins from inside. This is a popular Detox diet plan that intends to provide green vegetables and fruits to you to help your body to get the ability to detoxify itself. It also helps you in your weight loss endeavor and keeps you full of energy.
