What’s Adele’s weight loss and diet secrets? Although Adele didn’t yet reveal her weight loss diet, here here some estimations:
1. Vegetarian diet
Thanks to Simon Konecki, Adele turned to Vegetarian diet in 2012. She was also seen eating tofu in Brighton, England (Tofu is a common healthy green food made from beans, ironically she once revealed she didn’t like Tofu). She revealed that taking Vegetarian diet helped her a lot for her weight control.
I can find another way of getting all the stuff out of meat you need. I hate that tofu stuff, though. It’s rank. Whenever I’m about to eat meat, I always see my little dog’s eyes. – Adele
2. Plastic surgery
Adele chose to take plastic surgery such as liposuction and tummy tuck. Adele was reported to have had some plastic surgery procedures done. As plastic surgery has been one of the quickest ways to shed fat, maybe Adele also chose such quick ways.
