Brooke Birmingham’s real post weight loss bikini photo may not be perfect. What she did is to tell the overweighted people not to listen to the media’s perception and rather they should love their bodies. She told Today magazine,
“I did this not for attention but to show all women and men they can be perfect in their own image and they don’t need to listen to what the media’s perception of what ideal image is. I didn’t do this to start an issue with Shape. I did this to show the true body of a major weight loss. I love my body. I do this for the people to know they’re not alone.”
In fact for many overweighted people that lost more than 100 pounds, they would face such problems and many of them not satisfied with their sagging skin even they reached their ideal weight. But girls don’t need to worry about it because now this can be solved in many ways such as tummy tuck plastic surgery.

Brooke Birmingham shared many recipes. Now she follows a really healthy diet.
- Diet: vegetables salads, veggie noodle soup, whole wheat rotini, cereal .etc.
- Healthy smoothies: green smoothie, blueberry muffin smoothie
- Healthy drink: fiber drink
I love it when simple ingredients come together and create a delicious meal! This is whole wheat rotini, the pepper & onion mix I shared earlier, mushrooms, garlic, and tomato. Seasoned with salt, pepper, and basil. Sprinkled with some cheese. Tasty and @weightwatchers #simplestart approved!
