“I eat half of what I am given, especially when I have carbs or grains,”

“I just had avocado with feta cheese on toast with some spinach. Last night I had vegetable chicken curry. I watch the rice, obviously. I’ll have a fistful.”

2. Eat clean, organic and have a balanced diet

Unlike many celebrities who just sticked to high protein diet, or go for extreme diet such as water diet or fruit diet. Lisa Marie Presley has a balanced diet that consists of vegetables, chicken, fish, nuts, fruit, almond milk, and fresh juices for her every day diet.
